Tag it to feel it


Work starts to pile up again. More and more requirements are coming in. We are on the long road out of a demanding time.

The task is not to go out of the hard time the same way you went into it.

Why? Because some things have changed. We have learned to cope with new challenges. Overcoming them changes us. Our brain, our body, our mindset.
Thats a precious gift. If we dare to unpack it. There’s not a new you in there. But it’s not the old you either. It simply has changed.

So now we can assess what are the changes and put tags on them.

Have I experienced tough times? – Tag: I’m thougher than before.

Have I fallen into a mental hole and dug my way out of it? – Tag: I’m a cave explorer, maybe even a Speleologist.

Have I learned to enjoy more the time with my family? Tag: I’m a good mum, dad, wife or husband.

Have I … you put the tags on what you experienced.


Tags help us to name it. Tags help us to see what happened. Tags show us how we have changed.
